Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking details when available.

Packaging + Protection

We take extra care to ensure your order arrives safely. All items are packed securely to help prevent damage during transit.

Signature Requirement for High-Value Orders

For orders over $200, a signature upon delivery may be required to help ensure safe arrival. If you are unavailable at delivery, the carrier will provide instructions to reschedule delivery or pick up your package.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Delivered Packages / Lost or Stolen Shipments

Once a package is marked “Delivered” by USPS or the carrier, responsibility transfers to the carrier. If you have not received your package:

  • Check around your delivery location and with household members/neighbors

  • Contact the carrier directly for additional delivery details

  • File a claim with the carrier if necessary
