Processing
Orders are processed in 2 to 4 business days, Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 12 pm PT begin processing the next business day. Holiday periods may add 1 to 3 business days.

Carrier and Tracking
All shipments go out via USPS. A USPS tracking number will be emailed when your order ships.

Delivery Estimates (U.S. only)
Most orders arrive in 4 to 8 business days after the ship date. Delivery timelines are estimates and can vary due to USPS volume, weather, or regional delays.

Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order size.

Address Changes
Need to update your address? Contact support before the order ships. We cannot reroute packages once USPS has them.

Lost or Delayed Orders
If your tracking shows no movement for 10 consecutive days, contact support with your order number so we can help.

Returns
Unopened packs can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Opened packs are not returnable.
